Fitness enthusiast and social media personality Sbahle Mpisane is on a journey of self-discovery through art and wellness. Taking to Instagram, she shared her latest artwork and opened up about how she has transformed her lifestyle for the better.
Sbahle revealed that her first experience with textured art was deeply personal. “My first experience with textured art was a journey. I began with an earthy-toned background and sculpted a flower, but as the piece evolved, so did my vision. I painted over the base in white to let the textured flower stand out, adding shadows of black and grey for depth. The result is minimal, raw, and powerful. Letting go of my original plan led to unexpected beauty. I’m thrilled with the outcome, art is me! LET’S RATE IT,” she wrote.
Beyond art, Sbahle reflected on her past struggles and how she made a conscious decision to change her life. “I used to spend my nights partying and drowning myself with alcohol because I had nothing to live for. But whilst I was on a flight to Bali on Christmas Day for isolation, I decided to make a change by adopting new habits that excite me, like painting. Now, I focus on activities that nourish both my mind and body,” she shared.
She also spoke about her fitness progress, highlighting how far she has come despite physical challenges. “I can now complete 10km although my ankle hasn’t fully adjusted. I’m much more flexible in my yoga sessions now, and at the gym, I can handle heavier weights on my Moonboot. AMAZING!!!”
Sbahle also detailed her body transformation journey, explaining how she has been adjusting her diet and exercise routine. “Since August, I focused on increasing my carbohydrate intake to address uneven fat distribution around my hips and buttocks, leading to overall weight gain by February. Now, I’ve started a structured training program aimed at weight loss and reducing cellulite. For the past month, I’ve included the BODY ROLLER machine and WOOD THERAPY from @bodypalace_za @bodypalaceaesthetics_medspa (located in Sandton) in my routine based on Instagram community recommendations, thank you. I’m eager to see how these combined efforts will transform my body, especially after exploring various methods without achieving desired outcomes.”
