#RHODurban’s Londie London On How Unsupportive Her Estranged Husband Hlubi Nkosi Has Been. In an emotional sit down with the other housewives of Durban, Wednesday, 14 February’s episode—Londie discussed the problems that plagued her marriage and how the divorce has negatively affected her.
Sittting down with housewives, Sorisha Naidoo and Annie Ludick Mthembu, the former Housewife of Durban who isn’t in season three said, “Support is literally not there, you know—like from the dad and stuff. Just throughout that whole pregnancy I was just alone so, you know”. “We shared different values, different opinions and we weren’t on the same page,” Londie said on the dynamics of her marriage to Nkosi.
Comforting and hugging Londie as she started sobbing, Annie said, “As soon as Londie started trying to speak about what has happened to her she just broke down and you know that really hurts me.”
Londie further opened up and said, “I get emotional because I never imagined myself to be a single parent of two.”
Attesting to the fact that life isn’t easy, Sorisha said, “Journeys are hard, babe. It’s a lot of emotions and a rollercoaster and remember when we were chatting how crazy it was. I just said which ever journey you took, it’s gonna be the journey for you. I think she will be blessed going forward making good decisions she’s made.”
Londie admitted that their relationship was spiralling out of control, she said that Nkosi allegedly committed infidelity—as there were numerous media reports of him being an adulterer. Although she didn’t come across any evidence that he had cheated on her, but she does feel like her staying that long in the relationship was because of the kids she shares with him.
Fans of the show posted to Twitter that seeing her cry was heartbreaking and proof that women shouldn’t stay in marriages at the expense of their happiness. Others went on to suggest that they commend her for being truthful about whether or not she loved her ex-husband while married to him.
