Reality TV star Nqobile “Angel” Ndlela from The Real Housewives of Durban is living her best life! The businesswoman and fashion designer just bought a brand-new house—and she couldn’t be happier.
Angel took to Instagram to share the exciting news with her followers. She posted a beautiful photo of herself smiling in a white dress while holding the keys to her new home. Along with the photo, she wrote a powerful caption:
“After a sacred season of waiting, God made room. The wait was holy. The reward is home. Faith wrote this chapter, independence sealed it.”
Fans and fellow celebrities flooded her comments with love. RHOD co-star Sorisha Naidoo commented, “Well done my love. Super proud of you,” while former cast member Slee Ndlovu added, “Congratulations sweetheart.”
Angel joined The Real Housewives of Durban in Season 4 and quickly became a fan favorite. She’s not just a reality star—she’s also a successful businesswoman with several companies, including a construction firm, a couture fashion line, and a uniform manufacturing company.
But Angel isn’t just celebrating her new home—she’s also celebrating a brand-new smile. In June, she shared her dental transformation journey with fans, revealing that she had her teeth fixed at the Dentorjin Dental Health Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey.
Angel explained that while she had always been confident, her teeth were something she quietly struggled with.
“We LIVE with our insecurities until we don’t HAVE to,” she wrote on Instagram. “My teeth had always been an insecurity of mine, and even though I grew to love and accept them from a very young age, I’d always wanted to have better-looking teeth.”
Even with her insecurity, Angel never let it stop her. She went on TV and faced the public with confidence. But after seeing her smile on-screen, she decided it was time for a change.
“I never let that stop me from pursuing my dreams, and even comfortably being in the public eye with my crooked smile,” she said. “And so, I finally got the opportunity to fix my smile and oral hygiene with @dentorjinclinic in Turkey. And to say I’m over the moon with the results would be an understatement.”
On her Instagram stories, she revealed that during her first dental treatment, she kept her iconic tooth gap—but this time, she decided to close it. “I’ve always had bad teeth hey, kept the gap the first time around but we’re closing it this time,” she said. “Even before the composite bonding, I was never insecure ’cause ion care what people think about me.”
She explained that seeing herself on TV is what finally pushed her to make the change. But she encouraged others to only do the same if it’s truly what they want: “If you can afford to change something you don’t like, go for it. Just make sure you’re doing it FOR YOU.”
