On Sunday, Sunday Times reported that comedian Trevor Noah’s cousin was burnt to death in a veld and had also been stabbed several times.
Sunday Times also claimed that Trevor Noah’s grandmother had confirmed the news. The crazy thing about all these papers lately is; you can’t really trust them anymore. A number of celebrities have come out over the past week to call out publications that have published lies about their lives.
Trevor took to Twitter to let people know that he doesn’t have a cousin that was murdered in the veld and that his family was actually really confused by the article in the paper. South African media is not at it’s best at the moment we must say.
