Another star has ditched a soapi for another. Actress Pretty Ncayiyana is saying goodbye to the role that made her a household name and joining another prime-time show. Pretty Ncayiyana leaves Skeem Saam for Scandal.

Pretty has reportedly already finished shooting her last Skeem Saam scenes and focusing more on her reoccurring role on rival channel e.tv’s Scandal. Scandal’s publicist confirmed the news.

Scandal Publicist Michael Pocock said viewers can look forward to ‘an interesting storyline that will have them on the edge of their seats’.  “She’s very excited to be joining our show again and we’re very happy to have her because she’s a great actress. Having her on our production is an honor.”
