Actress and Tv personality Zola Nombona has been working very hard in the industry and we have also seen the work she puts into her other aspects of life such as health and wellness as well as being a mother. The Generations The Legacy actress has clearly been stretching herself too thin , and has landed herself a visit to the hospital.

Taking to Instagram, Zola shared a picture of herself with an IV drip at the hospital, urging her followers to remember to take care of themselves. It appears that Zola suffered from fatigue and had a burnout which usually means that one has not been getting enough rest. The actress reminded her followers that we are all just human and life always has a way of reminding us.

“Sometimes life reminds us that we are mere mortals reminder to be kind to yourselves fatigue and burnout is a real thing” she wrote.

We hope that the actress gets the help that she needs and she makes a full recovery soon. Zola recently hosted the Royalty Soapie Awards nomination announcement where she did a great job and she looked drop dead gorgeous from head to toe.

“Felt so good hosting the RSA Nominees announcement last night” she said.
