Pic! Thuli Phongolo Buys Herself A New Home. The actress and DJ has joined a list of local celebrities who are on a wave of new accomplishments. She took to her socials to announce that she had bought herself a new home.
The young actress and DJ first became famous when she made her first notable acting debut in SABC 1’s soapie, ‘Generations: The Legacy’ as Namhla Diale. Thereafter, making other big moves and working hard in other local productions, like I Am Sofia, Makoti and the popular Showmax original series- The Wife and other acting gigs.
It does seem that her hard work is paying off, taking to her Instagram account of more than three million followers, Thuli posted a polaroid photo of her house’s full view with one dimension of the house in the background.
“I hold back a lot when it comes to celebrating and truly showing gratitude for my wins because I wonder in my head a lot… but there it is, once an idea, now my reality. Thank you GOD, my ancestors and my loved for all the support and encouragement I needed to take this step. Ngiyabonga!” she captioned the photo.
A slew of her fans and industry colleagues all flocked to the comments section of her post to congratulate her on the big win. Bonang Matheba, Faith Nketsi, Boity Thulo, Mihlali Ndamase and Pearl Modiadie are just some of the her industry colleagues that hyped her up for the new purchase.
Back in 2021, Thuli expressed how grateful she was for all of her achievements. She added that her growing success was a reminder that her ancestors were devoted to her life improving.
“Took a long shower after my gig and now I’m just staring at the ocean with so much gratitude. Everything I’ve ever desired is on the way but I want to be fully present in what I’ve been blessed with now. GOD has been so good to me, my ancestors are working overtime. EKOSINI,” she wrote to her Twitter.
