Whilst the blessing of playing Dintle has made her a household name, the curse is that she fears of being typecast. Pasi has been with the character for five years and says fans recognize her as Dintle and that scares her.
“The character has gone through so much and I think that shows that I can play a number of different roles. There is always something that she is going through and that allows me to exercise my acting muscle. When you play a character for so long, it is possible that you will be typecaste, but I don’t think that will happen,” she said.
As much as we’d love to see Pasi in a different role, we have to admit she does so much justice to Dintle.
