Oskido made it clear that he believes AI can be useful, but only depending on how it is used. He strongly expressed concern about people relying on it completely when making music.

Oskido said, “It’s how you’re using it but I’m against people using it 100%. I met one guy, he called me saying, ‘Oskido, I want to meet up with you.’ I’m always meeting these guys who’ve got demos. So, a friend of mine them said ‘please listen to this kids songs.’ I met him. This guy told me ‘I’ve got 28 songs I want you to listen’ I tell him’ I can’t listen to 28 songs.’ Then I ask him, ‘how long did you take to make these songs?’. He said, ‘I started them 3 days ago.’ So you want me to listen to AI music?”

He went on to say that AI is now part of the music world and cannot be ignored. However, he believes the focus should be on using it creatively rather than fully depending on it.

“So, it’s a big issue people are not are debating about it, but it’s here, it’s not going to move. There’s nothing which is going to take out AI, but it’s how you use it. As a producer, use it creatively.”

The Major League DJs also shared their opinion during the conversation. They described AI as just another tool in music production that can help improve creativity and output.

“I think it’s just a tool. I think every tool enhances anyone’s performance. We can’t kick out tools, just like a camera is just going to enhance how you shoot.”
