Nandi has always shared how proud she is of her husband and his worl ethic however, this time her pride is on the next level. This follows Zakes Bantwini’s latest chart topping single Osama making waves around the country and in the history books. Reports have confirmed that the Osama hitmaker has made history as his newly released single Osama maintains the number 1 spot on local radio for 10 weeks in a row.
In a statement released by Bantwini’s PR team, they confirmed that the British music company responsible for worldwide radio and TV airplay, Radiomonitor confirmed that Bantwini’s “Osama” is the first and only single in the history of its establishment to retain the number 1 spot 10 weeks in a row on South African radio charts.
Taking to social media Nandi gushed over her hubby’s awesome milestone and congratulated his for being on the right side of history by creating music that has united the people of Mzansi. Following the singles release, social media users went into a frenzy and dubbed the track ‘song of the summer’ which has made Nandi exceptionally proud.

Although the song has been labelled a banger, it seems like not everyone has taken a liking to the song. This follows Black Coffee’s comment about the song claiming that it is not an original and doesn’t see himself adding it to his playlist. In an interview with Lasizwe, Nandi was asked how she felt about Black Coffee’s comment towards her husband. Nandi responded saying she isn’t holding any grudges or bad feelings toward the DJ and confirmed that the song is indeed an original.
