One thing we love to see is our favourite soapie actors and actresses are within the bag and branch out in to other forms of media, and Scandal Telenovela actress Mvelo Makhanya is securing the bag with her first ever film on Netflix that will be coming soon.
Taking to twitter, Mvelo shared thexciting news of her new acting gig on the local film titled I Am All Girls that will be premiering on the popular streaming service Netflix on May 14th. The actress expressed her gratitude and shock in her tweet claiming that God never misses an opportunity when it is time for you to shine.
“AN ENTIRE ME???? ON A @NetflixSA FILM???? GOD NEVER MISSES!!!!” she wrote.
The film follows a special crimes investigator who forms an unlikely bond with a serial killer to bring down a global child sex trafficking syndicate. The local production is classified as an Action/Thriller and will be starring top notch local drama actors such as Masasa Mbangeni, Hlubi Mboya, Mampho Brescia and many more. The age defying Makhanya will be playing the role of Ntombi as a teenager
