mshoza ghel

Yes guys, Mshoza is reclaiming her celebrity title.

Yesterday Mshoza’s story was about getting the message out to people that she doesn’t hate being a black woman and that she only started bleaching her skin when she developed a skin condition after giving birth to her second child. (Read that story HERE.)

The musician is back today and it’s to address those rumours that claim that she’s become an alcoholic. Last year it was reported that she landed up in the hospital because of the alcohol abuse, the bubbly personality laughs those rumours off and claims that she’s not an alcoholic and has not sought any help from any recovery programs. Even though those programs could help if she did have a problem.

Having an addiction to alcohol is nothing to be ashamed of and in fact, it’s rather brave to come forward and admit that help is needed to overcome such a damaging addiction. If she were to ever to state differently, she could always use sites like theohanahawaii.com/luxury_alcohol_rehab to find appropriate treatment and overcome this addiction.

Speaking to ZAlebs recently the kwaito star basically wanted to set the record straight on the amount of alcohol she has.

“I’m not an alcoholic, I’m just a free-spirited person. I don’t hide me; what you see is what you get,” she declared.

“I can go for a year without alcohol, but when I decide that today I’m drinking with my friends, I have wine. And when I drink, I have two glasses. An alcoholic is a person that cannot survive without alcohol – I can go six months without it.”

She also added that because of her bubbly personality people assume that she’s drunk one she gets a little carried away in the presence of alcohol. She mentions that she has had friends who have struggled with alcohol and had to seek treatment from an alcohol addiction rehab center so they could get support for their addiction, so she knows what effect it can have on a person’s life.

“Because I’m a happy person, when I start talking and having fun, people will assume that I’m drunk, but that’s just me having fun.”

There you have it folks, she loves being black AND she is NOT an alcoholic!
