Mohale’s Teaching Skills Fail To Impress Black Twitter! Social media has slammed Mohale for poor English during his online classes for High School students.

Since the announcement was made by the free Stem Lockdown Digital School to have celebrities as tutors, Mzansi has expressed their disapproval claiming that celebrities are not equipped to take on the responsibility, and some of these celebs haven’t even completed their own studies.

Mohale Motaung has been at the centre of the debate as critics questioned his occupation and qualifications. The socialite has been assigned as an English tutor on the Stem Digital School tutor program and has proved to the critics that indeed #CelebritiesAreNotTeachers.

A video clip of Mohale tutoring Grade 11 English online went viral as people pointed out an array of mistakes that he made throughout the lesson. Other stars have also been put on the spotlight for their unforgivable mistakes including Pearl Modiadie who was called out for using advanced vocabulary while teaching a grade 3 class.

SADTU (South African Democratic Teachers Union) has sounded off on the decision that was made by the DOE claiming that they had no involvement in the decision making and are against the hiring of celebrities rather than teachers who are specially equipped to teach.

#mohale just because you can speak english doesn’t mean you can teach English
