Mohale Speaks Out On The Viral Audio Pertaining To His Troubled Marriage.The public has speculating that Mohale and Somizi’s union was over long before they confirmed the claims and finally they were given the truth. After making horrible accusations about Mohale and labelling him a gold digger among many other things, the actor finally took matters into his own hands and revealed the turmoil that was his marriage to SA Idols judge Somizi Mhlongo.

Mohale had the masses shook after he spilt the beans about his allegedly abusive marriage and the number of times that his now estranged husband had put their lives in danger. As expected, Somizi soon after released a statement in which he denied all allegations of physical abuse made against him.

The Idols SA judge further poured cold water over claims that he tried to “sabotage” Mohale’s efforts to be financially independent.

Mohale released a statement addressing the interview and Somizi’s statement claiming that he had no intentions of leaking private details pertaining to his marriage or damaging Somizi’s reputation. Motaung also confirmed that divorce proceeding were indeed underway.

“In response to the news circulating pertaining to the material details about issues within my marriage as well as the recent statement by my estranged husband, I wish to confirm that we are indeed in the process of a divorce” the statement reads.

Mohale clarified that the viral audio clip with the producers of the Living The Dream with Somizi reality show was not planned but was rather privileged to the person on the basis of trust. He added that he was blindsided when the private information was leaked as he had reserved the right to tell his story the way he wanted to tell it.

“I trusted the person with whom I was engaging and did not divulge such details for any material gain. In these conversations, I was laying case to reason (sic) why I would not want the details of our divorce to be used in the upcoming season of the reality show as this would not reflect the complete truth and furthermore, did not want the details thereof to be used for financial gain“

Mohale confirmed that all the physical and psychological abuse experienced at the hands of his estranged husband are very true and he has no intentions of seesawing the accusations he has made about him.

Mohale is now putting his focus on his career and states that he will not comment any further beyond the statement issued.
