Mandla N Returns To Small Screen For Throwback TV Role Comeback. Mandla N has taken a step back from the small screen and took over his role as an award winning producer and director for hit TV shows such as Lockdown, DiepCity and many more. Fans will now be happy to learn that that the multitalented TV boffin is making a comeback to the world of acting.

According to the Daily Sun publication, SABC1 throwback TV sitcom Ses’Top La is set to return for a new season and Mandla has been contemplating making a comeback to his first love which is acting. Mandla has shared that he is very excited to me returning to the front of the camera and thinks it has been long overdue.

“i’m excited that i’m going to be in front of the camera again” Mandla said.

Mandla has shared that the show was brought back due to popular demand as the show’s reruns have been airing on the channel and have received very high viewership ratings.

The hilerious sitcom saw Phumzile played by How To Ruin Christmas actress Busi Lurayi and Themba played by Mandla N moved up from the city to the greener pastures of Sandton, where they meet a whole new set of crazy characters that become a part of their new lives

The show is originally a spin of award winning comedy series City Ses’la which starred the likes of Trevor Gumbi, Lindiwe Ndlovu and Warren Masemola.
