Taking to Instagram in a rare post to her mother, Lusanda took time to appreciate the woman who not only gave birth to her but sacrificed a whole lot for her to live the life that she does now.

“At 75, she is not as strict, or as sharp… If anything, the roles have been reversed, but she is the reason I am who I am today. She gave up everything. Her ID’s and bank cards would be withheld by mashonisa’s for months, so that I could get a better education. I treasure her. I honour her. My Mother, my Queen,” she gushed.
