South African actress Londeka Sishi has shared some exciting personal news with her fans after announcing that she is pregnant with her second child.
The actress, who is known for her roles in popular South African productions including Adulting and Uzalo, took to Instagram on Saturday, 19 September 2026, to reveal her growing baby bump.
Londeka made the announcement in her signature playful style, sharing a series of pictures showing off her pregnancy while teasing her followers with a cute caption.
“What did you guys have for breakfast/ Lunch? I’m kind of full.Tadaaaa!!! 15/03/26 – I’ve been Marked for life.”
The announcement quickly attracted plenty of congratulatory messages from friends, fellow celebrities and fans, who celebrated the actress as she prepares to welcome another little one.
Author Refilwe Modiselle was among those who shared her excitement, commenting, “I’m screaming. chhhhhhh my crush. CONGRATS MY LOVE! You are going to be such a special Mom. God protect you & peanut all the way through.”
Actress Simphiwe Ngema also joined in on the celebrations, simply writing, “Congratulations mummy.”
Londeka responded to Simphiwe with a heartfelt message, showing that she is already leaning on her loved ones during this new chapter.
“Yoh! 2 down my sister I need prayers! Ngyabonga kakhulu (thank you so much).”
Reality TV star Annie Mthembu also congratulated the actress, writing, “Love this! Congratulations mama! May Gods hand cover yourself and your family.”
Londeka responded, “thank you so much sister. Yoh I’m having a time! But I also need prayers.”
The actress is already a mother to her five-year-old daughter, Liyana, and her latest announcement means she is now preparing to become a mother of two.
While Londeka has celebrated many career milestones over the years, motherhood has also played an important role in motivating her professionally.
In a previous interview with Baby Baby Yum Yum, the actress opened up about what keeps her going in the demanding acting industry and explained how motherhood has influenced both her career and the characters she chooses to play.
“I think motherhood has been my reason, my pushing force. Why do I do this? Why do I continue to put myself in it? What also influences the characters I choose is that I want every character I play to ultimately have a story and something that you can learn from. That way, when I’m able to have conversations with my babies, I can explain to them why I did this. I can stand fully in it and justify, explain or talk about my work.”
As she prepares to welcome her second child, Londeka appears to be embracing both the excitement and challenges that come with expanding her family, with her loved ones already rallying around her with messages of love, congratulations and prayers.
