TV and radio personality Lerato Kganyago has opened up about why she was admitted to the hospital three weeks ago.
Sunday World reports that the bubbly personalty was left heartbroken after the loss of her unborn baby.
Lerato confirmed that she was admitted to hospital because of a miscarriage but declined to comment any further as she adds that she is still dealing with the pain.
“It’s a sensitive matter and I’m still not ready to talk about it. Can you guys please give me the opportunity to deal with this on my own as privately as I can?,” Lerato said.
A family member revealed that Lerato and her boyfriend were really excited about the pregnancy and were looking forward to being parents.
It’s said that Lerato was rushed to the hospital after she was experiencing cramps and collapsed at home.
“She was rushed to a local hospital after she bled profusely. She was shattered when doctors told her she had lost the child,” the relative added.
At the time of the event Lerato took to Instagram to share a snap of herself in hospital with the caption, “Life is strange.”
