Lamiez Holworthy The Latest Celebrity To Call Out Fake Gucci Police. Mzansi’s latest Instagram dedicated to exposing celebrities who wear fake Gucci called Fake Gucci Community has had the people talking. After naming and shaming a few celebs who have been spotted wearing fake Gucci on the page, it seems like celebs have been shook.
After the page accused Somizi of wearing a fake Gucci bucket hat, Somizi had to redeem his credulity by going to the luxury store and filming himself while making a purchase at the store. The Idols SA judge even went to the lengths of showing his Gucci profile which details all the items that he has purchased from the store.
In the video Somizi commented saying that normally he would ignore such things that are said about him but he has worked to long and hard to be discredited like that. He did also share that he loves the page for doing “the lords work”.
Other celebs who have also been accused of wearing fake Gucci products include Omuhle Gela, Oscar Mbo, DJ Tira, and many more. Oscar reacted to the post, refuting claims that his hat was a Gucci counterfeit, claiming that the rain is what damaged the hat and made it look like that.
Another local celeb that we often see dripped in designer clothes or having a casual shopping spree at luxury stores such as Gucci and Louis Vuitton is DJ Lamiez Holworthy. Although the TV personality hasn’t been posted on the fake Gucci Instagram Page, it seems like some people have been accusing her of also wearing counterfeit designer clothes.
Taking to her Instagram story, the Live Amp presenter called out the Fake Gucci Police to be regulars at the Diamond Walk and to know all the facts before pointing fingers. Making accusations on the bases of not liking a particular celebrity won’t change the fact that their threads are the real deal.
“Just because you don’t like someone won’t make their designer gear automatically fake my babe” she wrote.
