Howza Mosese Bids Farewell To Scandal. Fans of e.tv soapie Scandal will be sad to learn that the program is losing a beloved cast member. Reports have confirmed that musician, television presenter and actor Tshepo “Howza” Mosese has announced his departure from the popular daily soapie and fans of the show are very heartbroken by the news.

Mosese, who starred as Lerumo Chabedi, joined the soapie in 2013 as a bodyguard to one of the lead characters. His role eventually grew into a bigger supporting role as a well-respected policeman in the Newtown community. Speaking on his departure, Howza shared that he has enjoyed his time on the show however, he is more excited on embarking on a journey to new opportunities.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on Scandal and I’m grateful to have gotten the opportunity to grow as a performer and act with some of the best talents in the business” he said.

Mosese is no stranger to the small screen, with a career in the industry that pans over a decade. He has become a household name all thanks to his roles in popular TV shows such as SABC1’s Generations and e.tv’s Backstage. Mosese has also proven his diversity in the industry as a presenter on SABC 1’s youth magazine show, Big Up in 2008 followed by All You Need is Love in 2012.
