Here’s Why SABC Will Nolonger Publish Uzalo And Skeem Saam On YouTube! If you used to catch up on Skeem Saam and Uzalo via YouTube, we got sad news for you.

After years of publishing daily episodes to YouTube, SABC will soon stop publishing Uzalo and Skeem Saam on YouTube. This comes after SABC signed a license agreement with streaming service Viu, operated by PCCW Media and Vuclip.

The new partnership allows Viu to gain exclusive digital rights to selected SABC titles, as well as a slate of premium library content for a period of 24 months.

Bot shows will be available on Youtube until the 28th of February 2019 when Viu officially launches in the South African market. Uzalo and Skeem Saam’s playbacks will then be moved to the Viu app or on www.viu.com as a catch up service.
