South African R&B singer and songwriter Elaine is stepping into the wellness world with the launch of her very own Pilates studio, Soft Girl Sundaze. Known for her soulful voice and hit songs, Elaine is now bringing her creativity into fitness, self-care, and community building.
Soft Girl Sundaze (SGS) is more than just a workout space — it’s a wellness experience designed by Elaine, rooted in music and culture. It’s all about celebrating self-care, creativity, and embracing “softness” as a powerful form of strength. The space is meant to be a safe, inspiring place where women can relax, connect, network, and recharge.
The first-ever Pilates class took place on 9 August 2025, perfectly timed for Women’s Day. Elaine reflected on the moment with heartfelt gratitude:

The launch event was filled with celebrity guests who came to show their support, including Londie London, Ayanda Thabethe, Naledi M, Lungile Thabethe, and many more.
Ayanda Thabethe also shared her joy from the day, posting: “Honoured to celebrate the launch of @softgirllsundaze lovingly curated by @elaineofficial_, a soulful blend of sisterhood, slow living & pure joy.”
The celebration was picture-perfect, with stunning flower décor, delicious food, and drinks flowing freely.
