Lagos is really amazing, don’t get me wrong, but I love Abuja, I love the pace. I’m glad the journey with me opening my restaurant starts in Abuja. It feels like my second home…” When it comes to the menu at Taste Abuja, Chef Nti is all about fusion and diversity. She explained, “We are doing a fusion. The cuisine that we offer in taste is a Mediterranean fusion with flavours of South Africa. Nigerian cuisine you will see because we are in Nigeria. You won’t, however, see a fusion of South African and Nigerian cuisines.”
