Bontle Modiselle-Moloi to Host Amapiano Class in London

South African actress, television presenter, radio personality, dancer and choreographer Bontle Modiselle-Moloi is set to bring her passion for movement and African dance to London with an exciting Amapiano Pop Up Class.

The highly anticipated class will take place on Sunday, 13 September 2026, giving dance lovers an opportunity to learn from one of South Africa’s most recognisable performers while experiencing the infectious rhythm and energy of Amapiano.

Bontle announced the upcoming class on Instagram, inviting dancers of all experience levels to join her for the special session.

The class is designed to be much more than simply learning choreography. Participants can expect an experience centred around movement, music, confidence and connection. The sessions are all about feeling good, moving with purpose, and connecting through movement and music.

For those attending, it will also be a chance to get a great workout while learning powerful Afro dance moves and gaining a deeper appreciation of the culture and energy behind the movement. The environment is intended to remain fun, inclusive and supportive, making the class accessible to people with different levels of dance experience.

The event is being hosted by Step In2 Afro, a dance platform focused on bringing people closer to the rhythm, soul and energy of modern African dance styles.

Step In2 Afro describes itself as more than simply a dance platform. It is a movement created to give dancers a place where beginners can feel welcome, intermediate dancers can develop confidence, and professionals can strengthen and deepen their foundations.

Whether through a pop-up class, a four-week programme such as TOP. (The Origin Program), or sessions in schools and online, Step In2 Afro encourages people to learn, sweat, vibe and reconnect through movement.

With Bontle’s experience as a dancer and choreographer, the London pop-up promises to be an energetic celebration of African dance and Amapiano culture, while honouring the roots of African dance and continuing to shape its future.
