This week black twitter wants singer Simphiwe Dana cancelled after she tweeted about SA men being gold diggers. “Truth is that South African men are the biggest gold diggers. They even dig the maintenance money,” Dana tweeted. She went on to add add how she’s been put through the most by South African men and how that put them on the “bottom of the barrel” for her.
Black twitter did not receive Simphiwe’s tweets well and bashed her for generalizing Mzansi men because of her experiences. Critics brought up her dating history which includes allegedly sleeping with a married man, being a side chick and notoriously dating much younger men.
