Black Twitter Shook By Minister Mthethwa’s Clap Back At A Tweep! Minister of Sports, Arts & Culture Nathi Mthethwa has always faced criticism on how he only tweets congratulatory and condolences messages and not doing enough to improve the industry he leads.

A tweep by the name of Themba Rumbu who has been at the centre of scandals the past few days because of some misleading tweets he puts out tweeted that the Minister was busy organizing things to build an underprivileged family a home in KZN.
