Black Twitter Reacts To Baleka Mbete’s Double Kiss On Cyril Ramaphosa! After Ramaphosa was announced the new President of the Republik, outgoing Speaker of the National Assembly Baleka Mbete planted a double kiss on Cyril’s cheek.
