Ayanda Thabethe Celebrates Motherhood at 40

South African television presenter, model, actress and entrepreneur Ayanda Thabethe is celebrating another beautiful chapter of motherhood as she prepares to welcome her third child at the age of 40.

“I was told motherhood might not come easily. Yet here I am, blessed at 36, 37 and now my last child at 40. Three beautiful reminders that delay is not denial. God’s timing is perfect.

“Taste and see that the Lord is GOOD,” she wrote.

The television personality announced her third pregnancy in September, revealing that she and her husband, businessman Peter Matsimbe, are expecting a baby girl.

Ayanda is already a mother to two children, Peter Junior and Enzo. Her first child, Peter Junior, was born in March 2022 when she was 36 years old. She welcomed her second child, Enzo, in September 2023 at the age of 37.
