Anele Mdoda Shuts Down Any Speculations About Joining Metro FM! DJ Fresh announced his big news on Monday which had social media excited. The Big Dawg is joining Johannesburg Station, 947 hosting its Afternoon Drive show.
DJ Fresh is teamed up with Mantsoe Pout and Shannon Leibach. “But I’m back in the afternoons in a Pop-40 format. The new show will be me and Mantsoe Pout. I’ve been a fan of hers since she did Ankle Tap on YFM. But there’s an opportunity to work with her and I think she’s a brilliant broadcaster,” Fresh told IOL.
Fans began speculating whether this meant Metro FM would try to poach Anele Mdoda, who hosts the 947 Breakfast Show to their station. The Award winning radio host quickly put the speculations to rest tweeting, “Negative!!!” Okay then, this is about to be the hottest radio station around.
