Singer and media personality Londie London is officially back on our screens! The glamorous star has made her return to The Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) in Season 5, now streaming on Showmax, and fans couldn’t be more thrilled.
Londie London announced her return on Instagram, wearing a stunning black floor-length dress that perfectly showed off her figure. She captioned her post:
“And we are BACK!!! Have you watched today’s episode of #RHODurban?! Let’s unpack…”
Her comeback marks a significant moment, as Londie London originally joined the show in Season 2, but was absent in Season 3. At the time, she had moved to Durban from Johannesburg to focus on family life with her then-partner, businessman Hlubi Nkosi.
“I moved from Johannesburg to Durban to be a wife and mommy,” she shared during her debut season. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. After giving birth to their second child, her relationship with Nkosi fell apart amid rumours of infidelity. The couple ultimately broke up, and Londie London moved back to Johannesburg to start over.
Back when she first joined The Real Housewives of Durban, Londie London shared her hopes for the show:
“People know me as this sexy singer, but they don’t really know my personality and what I’m about outside of the entertainment industry. Being a cast member is a great way for me to connect with a new audience,” she told Showmax.
Although her time on the show was short-lived, her storyline resonated with viewers. From adjusting to a new city and motherhood to dealing with the highs and lows of love, Londie opened up about her personal life in a way that touched many.
