Actress Vatiswa Ndara Accuses The Fergusons Of Exploitation In Open Letter To The Minister! In a six page open letter to the Minister of Sports, Arts & Culture, Vatiswa Ndara held nothing back as she revealed what a life of an actor is like according to her experiences.

Vatiswa wrote an open letter posted on twitter Monday afternoon asking the Minister to intervene in the cases of actors getting what they are worth. Vatiswa used her case with the Fergusons as an example to make her point. The actress claims that she was offered R110k before taxes over five weeks of work with no limit to calls.

Vatiswa also claimed unfair contractual agreements and expectations, poor remuneration, unfair treated by producers, poor oversight by channel, bullying and intimidation. In the statement, Vatiswa also announced she would not be returning to iGazi season 3 to play the role of NomaRussia.
