Bonang Matheba Has A Sit Down With Pharrell Williams To Talk About His Woolies Gig!

So Bonang Matheba was hiding a little secret from us all while she was in LA for the Kids Choice Awards. Yesterday she hinted that something big was headed our way and Pharell then tweeted about collaborating with Woolworths.

CEO for Woolworths Holdings Limited, Ian Moir, has announced that Pharrell Williams has been appointed as the Style Director for Woolworths South Africa. The collaboration comes after the two parties share some values regarding being  influences in the lives of people and making a difference.

At a conference held yesterday the CEO had this to say about the new partnership “Pharrell is a global icon for social cohesion, advancement through education and environmental awareness – these same values lie at the heart of our business and form the foundation on which this partnership is built. We hope Pharrell will help us make sustainability cool for the next generation of South Africans and help us create a better future for our children, our country and our planet.”
