Babes Wodumo Gets Candid About Her Troubled Marriage To Mampintsha. The second season of married music couple Babes Wodumo and Mampinthsa called Uthando Lodumo is back on air and the duo seem to be more divided than united.
Over the years and on the first season of the show, the couple has always put up a united front but in one of the clips that have since gone viral on social media, Babes Wodumo shared concerns regarding her marriage and how her husband Mampintsha has been treating her. The seemingly defeated singer revealed that Mampintsha had signed her into a company she does not know. “On the work front, he’s made me sign into a company, I don’t know, he didn’t make me sign which makes it fraudulent, I was told that all my music and royalties have been transferred into this company,” Babes said.
“Every time l released a song, they would block it from being played on Facebook because the usage rights now belong to the said company, and l don’t know the company. The company then gave him a huge payout that l don’t even get a share of. They provided proof of payments made to him, but I’ve never seen the money,” she added.
Not only has the so called Company taken over her music, she revealed they have also taken over her Instagram account. “The company got angry over a deal that went sour and decided to take over my Instagram account”, Babes shared.
She also touched on Mampintsha’s infidelity issues saying, “When l log into his Instagram, I see the messages he sends to female celebrities that I know… he dated my dancers and slept with some of them. He’s also dated some of my friends. That really hurts me.”
Black tweeps have sympathized with her suggesting she leaves the seemingly abusive marriage and save herself. “This girl is literally enduring abuse right in front of the public and there nothing anyone can do to save her, until she saves herself,” one tweep wrote.
”No she won’t walk away and rebuild. She doesn’t want to. She has been offered assistance countless times that she’s been spend countless times that she’s being abused and taken advantage of and she’s well aware of it but she just doesn’t want to walk away from all this,” another tweep weighed in.
