Gomora Mzansi’s Siya Xaba And CeeCee Ndaba Team Up For A New Film Exclusive On Showmax. When one door closes, another one opens and that has been the case with former Gomora actor Siya Xaba. The young actor played the role of Langa on the award winning Mzansi Magic telenovela was written off the show after he died due to his injuries sustained in a fire.
Fans of the show were sad to learn that their favourite actor would be leaving the show, but they will be happy to know that the actor is now wearing another professional hat in the industry.Taking to Instagram, Siya revealed the exciting news of a film that he created titled Carrots, which is premiering on Showmax.
The film will be starring former colleague Siphesihle Ndaba and Lemogang Tsipa.Fans and followers of the young talented actor and creative flooded the post with congratulatory messages, sharing what a big deal the production is for the industry.
Since his departure on the popular Mzansi Magic show, the die hard fans of Gomora have been begging the actor to return for one last time. Cast mates including the likes of Ama Qamata, Thembi Seete, Sicelo Buthelezi and many more celebrated the talented actor on his departure and posted heartfelt messages and video’s of funny moments on set with Siya.
Series producer Lulu Hela also penned a heartfelt thank you message to the actor for sharing his talent on the show, expressing what an amazing experience it has been to work with him. Even though he is not in front of the screen we acre very happy to know that Siya is still sharing his talents with the industry and we hope to see him make a much anticipated return to the small screen.
