SK Khoza And His Fiancé Take Legal Action Against Petrol Station Employee. The courts are probably all backed up from court cases that have been filed by local celebrities. Award winning actor Sthembiso Khoza recently got in to a little tiff with a petrol attendant at a filling station, and now he is taking action against her.

Taking to twitter, Khoza shared that he and he is currently in talks with his lawyers about the case against the female cashier. The women is facing Defamation charges over an incident that happened between her and the actors fiancé, Ayanda Hlongwane.

The actor didn’t get into detail about what happened between the two but it definitely has something to do with assault. SK continued to defend his wife to be’s innocence, claiming that she did not assault anyone at the garage. This after the pair were accused of assaulting a female cashier at a Sasol garage, claiming that she was hit with a scanner by the accused.

The woman has since turned to the police for protection against her alleged attackers however, the actor has pored cold water on all accusations.

“Our lawyers are currently busy with a deformation of character case that we are opening against the female cashier at the Sasol garage” he wrote.

The actors fans responded to the tweet asking SK to spill the tea on what exactly happened during the altercation. According to social media users, they need to see the evidence before making a decision about who was in the wrong. This is not the first time that the actor has been involved in controversial and compromising scandals, which may be the reason why the people want to judge for themselves.
