Former Our Perfect Wedding Host Vele Manenje Scores A New Acting Gig. We’ve loved her bubbly personality since laying eyes on her as a host for a popular children’s program. Since then, she has become TV favourite and the actresses career has been growing in leaps and bounds. Skeem Saam is about to get more lit as former Our Perfect Wedding host Vele Manenje has been confirmed as the latest addition to the award winning cast.

Vele has been in her bag lately as she has been confirmed to soon be playing the role of a former school teacher named Evelyn on Skeem Saam. According to the actress her character brings all the drama after falling in love with a man.

We will be seeing a lot more of the actress on the small screen as she bagged other roles on the upcoming telenovela such as DiepCity of which she will be appearing on from April 5th. The actress has opened up about the warm welcome she received since her arrival on the show. You can expect her to make debut on the show on April 27th.

Vele will be playing the character of Maureen who is a the self proclaimed queen on Diepsloot and we can’t wait to see how she nails the role on the soon to come Black Brain production.
