Sports broadcaster and radio host Mpho Letsholonyane is broadening her horizons in terms of her career as she just debuted on one of Mzansi’s popular telenovelas with her first acing role.
Taking to Instagram, Mpho shared the exciting news of her cameo on BET’s ‘Isono’ and she was playing the role of ‘Dribble Dana’. Mpho made a brief appearance which was a minute long and she was going to make a big deal out of it, however she got some great advice which made her rethink her decision.
She further shared that she enjoyed the experience no matter how long it was and this made her develop a new kind of respect for actors because she got to feel it first hand that acting is no child’s play. She also thanked her co-star Naakmusiq for making the experience all the more fun.
“Acting role ..Yesterday I was tempted to belittle this moment because it’s literally a minute long scene BUT @gabimbele said “No Mama, we need to celebrate everything even 120seconds cause we can never have them back again” and that brought me back to reality. Wins are wins. No matter how small. Thank you to the @isono_betafrica team for having me. Thank you @iamnaakmusiq for being so so cool during the shoot. I had fun. I have new found respect for actors” she wrote.
