Moopi Mothibeli Bids Farewell To Generations The Legacy. Unfortunately all good things come to an end as Generations The Legacy actor Moopi Mothibeli is saying good bye to his character on the show.

The actor who plays the role of Smangaliso Moroka was confirmed to be leaving ‘Generation The Legacy‘ by the show’s publicist Nandipha Phantsi in a recent issue of Move magazine.

“Yes, I can confirm this, He shot his last scenes in June” Phantsi said.

Mothibeli spoke to Move magazine expressing how his time on the production has been bliss and he will always remember the days and the wonderful people he has worked with.

“I am grateful to the producers, the team of writers and all the creatives of Generations: The Legacy. It’s been an honour to work with a group of wonderful people, on and off-screen. I will always look back at this time with fondness” Moopi said.

The actor has not shared reasons behind his exit but he took to Instagram sharing his sentiments with his fans and followers in a post that signified that curtain has closed for his role on the show, having made his debut since its rebranding .

“Ke a leboha. Ngiyabonga. Thank you. Dankie. It’s been real! Love & light” he shared.
