Popularly known by the fans of the show as Mrs Madala, Dlamini started off as an extra on the SABC 1 soapie and is now a series regular who is adored by viewers.

In a video posted on the show’s social media platform, the actress gave a motivational talk to fans of the show detailing how she went from being a cleaner at a local clinic to being an actress. Dlamini was scouted to become an extra on Uzalo whilst walking from work.
