Jo-Anne Reyneke On How Different Dating As A Mother Of Two Is! Dating is no child’s play at any age or situation one finds themselves in. Dating whilst famous takes it all to another new level and we’ve seen it with some of our local celebs just how quickly complicated things can get.

Actress Jo-Anne Reyneke has been single for a while after splitting from her partner and father of her two kids, Thami Mngqolo back in 2018. During an interview on Metro FM, she described the breakup process as “feeling like mourning”. “It was like a death in your life because you no longer have someone who’s checking up on you, who’s thinking for you more than they think for themselves. Now it’s just you by yourself thinking for these kids,” she explained.

Now it seems the actress is ready to get back into the dating pool but she is not impressed with what she’s finding. In a recent interview with DRUM, Jo-Anne shared how different dating is now that she has kids compared to when she didn’t have kids.

“There are no men out there. And the ones who are showing interest are just useless. Before children, you don’t really care who you date. It’s easy to invite a guy to your house. Once children are involved, everything changes,” she said.

The award winning actress is currently hosting a TV reality show on BET Africa called Single Parents Looking For Love where she helps single parents find love.
