Minnie Dlamini’s Brother Reportedly Fighting For His Life In ICU! Social media has been wondering why Minnie is not pushing her fans to vote for her in the E! People’s Choice Awards in the African Influencer category and it might be because she is attending a personal matter.

We all know how close Minnie is with her two brothers and according to several reports, her brother Khosini Dlamini is in ICU fighting for his life. Minnie’s parents Jabulani and Queen Dlamini dismissed reports that Khosini had died in a statement to SowetanLIVE.

“The Dlamini family notes with concern the incorrect news that our son Khosini Dlamini has passed. We can confirm that Khosini has been admitted to hospital and is currently undergoing treatment in ICU at the moment. We would like to reserve all comment on the matter and request that we are allowed privacy during this time. We kindly urge the public, media and bloggers to refrain from spreading fake news and causing apprehension,” the statement read.

The 29 year old has reportedly been in ICU for a couple of days after suffering an aneurysm.
