The new first time mama took to social media to share her exciting new chapter with a photo of her child’s birth date. The baby which she has not revealed gender yet was born on the fist of July 2019. “48hours of no sleep…24hours of Labour…Emergency C Section…And I’m Absolutely In Love ? ,” she wrote.

Denise also paid tribute to her mother who has been there for her as she navigates motherhood for the first time. “Thank you mom for always being there! I know I am VERY LUCKY to be able to still call onto you, and you are able to answer, and physically be here to guide me in this life. I am grateful to the universe for sparing me the pain … you are here and so I honor you, love and appreciate you, and most important so so so so so so grateful you are here with me. #RoseZimba?,” she shared.
