Pearl took to twitter questioning if Kim and Kanye West read up on the Ugandan President’s history and reputation before going there. In case you don’t know, the Ugandan President is known to be a dictator.
One tweep responded asking Pearl if she had done the same before visiting America and the actress had the perfect clapback.
