Here’s The Real Reason Queen Twerk Got Stabbed On Her Face! Last week we reported that Queen Twerk had been stabbed on her face with a broken bottle. According to many reports, the socialite was stabbed by someone who is a close friend of hers.

The altercation reportedly started as a verbal attack which escalated into a physical brawl leading to champagne bottles flying all over the place and a piece of the broken bottle cutting Queen Twerk’s face.

Apparently the socialite tried to block the broken bottle from landing on her face which resulted in her hand getting cut as well.
