The altercation reportedly started as a verbal attack which escalated into a physical brawl leading to champagne bottles flying all over the place and a piece of the broken bottle cutting Queen Twerk’s face.
Apparently the socialite tried to block the broken bottle from landing on her face which resulted in her hand getting cut as well.
