Taking to Instagram in an emotional post to celebrate her daughter Thando’s ninth birthday,the actress her daughter took away all the fears she had. “I was so young. So scared . And you took all my dark fears away, the fears that wouldn’t serve me. I’m so grateful to have you. How were you ever not a part of my life. Exactly 9 years later- you’re still my deepest and greatest inspiration. The reason I’m so strong. Everything about you is love,” she captioned the above photo.

Pearl revels it’s the first birthday she has spent away from her child. “For the first time ever, I’m not with you on your birthday.
