The gorgeous Masasa Mbangeni opens up about being called ‘too ugly’. Masasa says when she first joined Scandal, the viewers went as far as campaigning to get her fired from the show because she was too ugly.
“In the early days of my career, I used to suffer really bad bullying on social media: fans of the show would demand that I be removed from it because I was ‘too ugly’,” she told Destiny Magazine.
Masasa says she got over it after learning to love herself. “It was only through loving myself as I am that my internal world changed- and thus my external world too,” she told Destiny Magazine.
