Masasa Joins SABC2’S Thola After Leaving Scandal

Actress Masasa Mbangeni has found a new home on SABC2. The actress had her Scandal fans in panic attack when she announced she was leaving her iconic role on Scandal as Thembeka Shezi-Nyathi. Well, good news for her fans, Masasa joins SABC2’s Thola after leaving Scandal.

According to Drum Magazine, Masasa is currently on the set of SABC2′s drama series Thola, shooting a prison scene. In the drama series, she plays a 26-year-old Tsonga woman, who has a 3-year-old daughter who she gave birth to in prison.

Her character is arrested for fraud, theft and shoplifting. She is serving an 11 year sentence and is left with only 8 years of the sentence. Girl is always in some trouble, at least her roles.
