Reality TV star Nonku Williams is loving her new look after recently undergoing a virtual lift procedure. The The Real Housewives of Durban star shared an update with fans just one day after having the treatment done, proudly showing off the early results and opening up about her recovery journey.
In dermatology and plastic surgery, a “virtual lift” refers to non-surgical, minimally invasive treatments such as injectables, threads, or laser therapies that are used to lift sagging skin, restore volume, and contour the face without surgery. The treatment has become increasingly popular among celebrities and beauty lovers looking for a refreshed and sculpted appearance without going under the knife.
Nonku took to social media to give followers an honest update about how she has been feeling since the procedure. In the video, she confidently showed off her face while explaining that although she is still swollen, she is already impressed with the outcome.
“I wanted to share the results with you, so this is day one after my procedure which I did yesterday. So I did a virtual lift on my sides, to give me that snatched look. What I love about this it just gets better with time. I will be able to see the full results in 2 months. Every single day it keeps on getting better and better,” she said.
The reality TV star also revealed that recovery has not been too difficult so far, despite some discomfort.
“I’m still swollen because I’m still not able to chew properly. The pain level is bearable, because all I’m taking is just Panado. I’m still not allowed to sleep on my sides, which is the worst thing because I don’t know how to sleep like this (her back). I have to sleep like this, but I’m just so happy guys. I’m so happy and its so worth it. The pain level, from a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 3 or a 4. It is not bad at all,” she added.
Just two days before posting her recovery update, Nonku also shared footage from the actual procedure, taking fans behind the scenes of her transformation.
“Taking you through the procedure and showing you the magic behind the treatment. No scars and no downtime. My doc is a master. How are my immediate results. Only gets better with time,” she wrote.
