On Friday, 26 September, the channel confirmed that the award-winning drama will broadcast its final episode next year. In its statement, e.tv explained, “The SAFTA award-winning soap opera Scandal! will conclude its broadcast on e.tv in June 2026, marking the conclusion of more than twenty years of continuous production and viewership. The ever-changing television landscape requires broadcasters to consistently review all programming and scheduling, and we believe that Scandal! has reached the end of its life cycle.”
