A lot of people were angered by Judge Masipa’s ruling in the Oscar Pistorius trial what do you know, his 10 months in jail will soon be over. Well that’s if he behaves.
Oscar Pistorius is eligible for parole in August of this year and will once again be a free man, however the State and Reeva’s family are not too happy about this and will appeal the court’s decision in November.
The State’s apeal against the release of paralympic athlete Oscar’s culpable homicide conviction will be heard by the Supreme Court of Appeal in November.
The date for the appeal will be released in August when Oscar is released on parole.
